At Unbroken Studios - We were working with RockSteady Studios on "Kill Justice League". We worked on a variety of parts of the game. I worked on some of the UX flows to improve what the already established team of multiple UX/UI designers lead by Simon Brewer. The look and feel was pretty established, we were there to help with the massive sections of the front end. My colleagues and I helped improve parts of the front end and HUD. This is an example of how big of a team it was and how collaborative this endeavor was.
I helped in many areas such as Character Selection, Icons, Game Selection, and improvement with already established UX on several screens. Sometimes, I worked on screens that a designer worked on for me to improve and other times I created a screen that did not exist.
One such screen was PvP and PvE which our team at Unbroken help flesh out and add to the various game modes available.
I would say that was my biggest contribution, along side with unique icons.
Overall, it was a huge team to get this up a running. Also, it has changed from when I was on the game to the final output. I had more work but I lost my files, they got erase. So bummed that I lost a lot of work. This is what I could salvage. Save, save, save your work is all I can say!
Anyways, I enjoyed every second that I was able to help out the team and learn from an expert such as Simon Brewer. To see how a legend studio like RockSteady makes games. To be part of the DC universe. It was an awesome experience!
